Due to the custom-mixed nature of our artisanal finishes, Portola Paints cannot accept returns or exchanges on any paint, lime wash, or Roman Clay products. We encourage ordering color samples to ensure complete satisfaction before committing to a full project.

Inspect Upon Arrival
Immediately inspect your shipment for any transit damage or discrepancies and contact our support team within 48 hours if any issues are identified.
Non-Paint Returns
Unopened tools and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
